Since I didn't feel like ordering a King Cake for us this year, I decided to make my own and holy wow does it taste soooo good! Don't mind the lack of yellow or the crooked twists, it was my 1st time! Lol

Anybody else remember the Rosemary bread from Macaroni Grill? It was always served with EVOO and cracked pepper. I made this Olive oil and rosemary bread recently and my husband said it's the best bread I've made so far.

We may be adding this to the menu very soon!

Back in 2015, I used to work at Whole Foods and the bakery always had this amazing Cranberry Walnut bread. Ever since then, I have been a huge fan of it!

This is my take on it. I used cranberries, walnuts, and pecans! Again, it was toddler tested so you know it's a winner! 😀

This is perfect with butter, as toast, or even as the bread for a turkey sandwich. It's so unique and versatile at the same time! Perfect Holiday loaf!

Shout out to my husband for being my hand model and posing the loaf! 🥰

Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!!

I hope you're all enjoying the day with loved ones and enjoying all the food!

I was feeling nostalgic this Thanksgiving thinking of the holidays with my grandparents and great grandparents so I HAD to make some good ole fashioned yeast rolls. Yall, when I tell you these taste like they came from Granny's house. Omg🥰🥰

These will definitely be on the menu moving forward!

Ever heard of Babka?

Well it's a sweet braided bread or cake which originated in the Jewish communities of Poland and Ukraine. Usually filled with chocolate or cinnamon mostly. Think of Brioche type texture 🍞

Well we did our take on the Babka and made a Sticky Caramel Pecan version and 😲 😱! My husband and toddler loved it so much!

This bad boy takes a LONG time to make, but I do have one loaf left for sale if anyone is interested. $17.50 for local pick up only. Shipping would cost around $10 if anyone wanted to try it :)

Busy day today in the kitchen making some loaves for a friend and for us. I took it back to my roots and made 2 loaves of white bread for us. One for now and one for the freezer. 🍞🥪

Tonight I made a Lemon Blueberry loaf.

This is the perfect combination of sweet and tart. My husband and toddler loved it! 🍋 🫐🍞

Hi All!

The little one keeps me busy, but I was able to get in the kitchen to make a few things!

Zucchini bread and Sweet spinach muffins with banana(for the toddler).

I love all things fall from apple cider, college/nfl football, apple orchards, crisp weather, leaves changing, pumpkin everything, firepits, boots and leggings, I can keep going!

I'm starting to think about my fall bread recipes. What do you want to see me make?

Homemade french bread may be my favorite recipe yet!

I sliced into it and made some garlic bread and 😲!! Delicious!

Such a versatile bread. You can eat in plain and warm, topped with some garlic butter and parmesan, or with fresh herbs like rosemary! You can even turn it into crostinis and top with bruschetta! 🥰

Ever heard of white whole wheat flour?

It's made with a different variety of wheat which causes it to have a milder taste and is paler in color. It still has the nuttiness flavor of the whole wheat you're all used to, but it is a more approachable flour for those who don't like the super hearty flavor of the red whole wheat.

Tonight's new recipe in the lab is Honey Wheat Bread made with white whole wheat flour!

This goes perfect with a slice of butter, some jam, or peanut butter! It's such a versatile bread! 🍞 🥪
