Yesterday, we experimented with a new flavor. Vanilla bourbon cheesecake with baked apple garnish. The flavor ended up being delightful but we need practice with decorating!

Spending time with family at Christmas and I've been asked to make a cheesecake and "whatever else you want to make but definitely a cheesecake". I know I'm loved! Thinking about a pumpkin spice cheesecake with a dark rum and spice whipped cream. Don't mind me... I'm just over here drooling...
