Mikey's Cheesecakes I'm Mikey & I've been making cheesecakes for about 12 years now for friends and family. I've come to specialize in custom flavors. You crave it, I make it

I started out with a Caramel Apple Cheesecake one year for Christmas. Now 12 years later... "Whatcha want? You crave it, I'll make it!!!" That's the conversation that happens when my friends ask me to make a cake for them as their gift. Apparently everyone enjoys them very much and are constantly thinking of new flavor combinations. Find the latest here and feel free to share your thoughts and ideas here as well.
