Josephine's Someone once asked me what it was I could do everyday for the rest of my life. It was simple. Bake! Baking has always been my passion.

I started as an assistant to the Pastry Chef at Saybrook Point Inn when I was only 16 and from there my love of baking flourished. I loved watching the joy and excitement on peoples faces when they took that first bite of sweet sugary heaven! Come to think of it, is there anything better? I bake everything from custom sugar cookies, the classic cookies, cupcakes, cakes, scones, cinnamon buns, and

just about everything else in between. My signature birthday confetti cookies are quickly becoming a celebration staple and it makes my heart so happy. There truly is nothing better than personalized cookies to celebrate all of life's milestones and to give us the little reminder that life is just too short to worry about how many cookies you've had! I can't wait to create delicious memories for you! Thank you to everyone who has supported my dream!

What a summer! Thank you all so much for the love, support, and nonstop orders—it’s been the busiest season yet, and I’m beyond grateful.

That said, I’ll be scaling back and taking limited orders through December while I focus on something new I’ve committed to. I appreciate your support more than you know, and I’ll still be here—just in a smaller capacity for now. 🧁
