My first attempt at Choux pastry. I piped them too small but they rose well and tasted great with my combination custard and passion fruit filling.

Quiet fall and winter, so far, since Farmers Market ended. I've been baking for a local coffee shop and getting ready for Christmas Bazaar at the local Moose lodge.

Mama Suzy's is now located in Conrad, Montana. Check out weekly Farmers Market treats on Instagram. These are shortcut Danish made with puff pastry and fruit and cream cheese filling. Super tasty and easy. On the left, blueberry, and on the right Apple and cinnamon.

New today at the Farmers Market in Silverdale, Old Town area, a Scandanavian Almond Bar Cookie. It is a rich bar with sliced almonds and an almond drizzle. Come try it.

This week I will be selling at Bremerton Farmers Market on Thursday, and Port Orchard Farmers Market on Saturday down at the waterfront. Also I just added Tuesday at the Silverdale waterfront from 3-7. (CKFM) Some of my newest treats are Italian Hazelnut Brownies, Tropical Toffee Bar with mango and apricot, and Almond Fingers with Midori, a melon flavored liqueur. Stop by and say 'Hello".

Will be starting in the next couple of weeks to bake for cookie plates for Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. I will post pictures of different cookies and you may choose 3 or 4 different kinds for your custom cookie plates. Let me know your favorites!
