Hi TBS friends.

Starting this week, I will have a feature on TBS ordering platforms called “Pay-it-Forward Bread”. My hope is that we can work together to provide free, quality bread made with choice ingredients to those that are having a hard time accessing quality foods during the holiday season.

I was a child raised on Food Stamps, Medicaid, and other government assistance programs. Quality food should be accessible for all and I’m not blind to the high cost of making that happen.

Every Sunday morning, I will post the amount of additional stock that will be in the shed later that day. It will be on a first-come first-served basis.

A subtle dill flavor with small pockets of locally grown, diced pickles in every bite. It is my new personal favorite and the perfect summer loaf.

✨ This week’s bread drop looks a little different ✨

I’m super excited to announce that the Scissortail Midweek Market asked me to join them on a collection of dates this summer, starting THIS Wednesday!

That means there will be no porch pick-up or delivery, but you can still snag your favorite sourdough goodies in person!

Note: Don’t get confused like I did if you’re coming to the Scissortail market; It’s on the south side I-40, off Robinson, not near the Omni like their weekend markets! It’s a beautiful new addition to their park with lots of sports-courts and play areas! Fun for the whole fam.
