t of my life. I specialize in carved or sculpted cakes, modeling chocolate and fondant figures or characters, sugar or gumpaste flowers of all varieties, and poured, pulled & blown sugar. All of my cakes are made from scratch with only high-quality ingredients. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Biology with a strong focus in Chemistry. I then became interested in the science of baking as well as the artistry of decorating. I get so much enjoyment from this that I decided to start Sugar Fusion Custom Cakes. Sugar Fusion Custom Cakes serves the OKC metro area, including The Village, Nichols Hills, Edmond, Guthrie, Mustang, Bethany, Warr Acres, Yukon, El Reno, Arcadia, Jones, Del City, Midwest City, Moore, Norman. Sugar Fusion Custom Cakes is a one-person bakery, so at least 2 weeks notice is needed to schedule your creation. However, if you need something sooner, please contact me as I may be able to work in your event. In addition to custom carved cakes, a wide variety of cake shapes and sizes are available to you, including round, square, rectangle, 8-petal flower, hexagon, diamond, pillow, heart, oval, paisley or kidney-shaped, and topsy-turvy. Cupcake sizes are mini, standard, and jumbo. There are also a wide variety of cake and filling flavors available, including: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, Key lime, Meyer lemon, orange, coconut, peanut butter, banana, cookies & cream, red velvet, amaretto, golden yellow, carrot, mocha, salted caramel, and more.
