Fall planning has officially started. 🍂

Palmiers are deceptively simple: puff pastry, sugar, lots of folds… and a whole lot of crispy caramelized goodness.

Classic will always have our heart, but pumpkin spice is coming in September. 👀

Planning our fall specials is always one of the most fun parts of the year—testing new flavors, playing with colors, cutting them open to see what happened inside… and occasionally getting a little carried away.
