A skin contact white wine from Sonoma, California. Its floral and herbaceous with some savory edge. Notes of wild pomelo, summer melon, nectarines, white tea and pine.
Villarini, Grillo Sicilia
Organic, Italian white wine from grillo grapes. It’s lively and refreshing with notes of ripe melon, gooseberry and fresh mint. Goes well with fish, seafood, white meat, and antipasti.
La Spinetta, Il Rose di Casanova.
Floral and fruity with hints of citrus, fresh grapefruit, wild strawberry, and Mediterranean scrub. Fresh and mineral with good acidity. Pair it with caprese salad, smoked salmon, margherita pizaa or chicken piccata!
Hmmm 🧐 Red Rooster
Fossil & Fawn’s Oregon Orange
No joke: and orange wine that smells and tastes of oranges! Rose water, apricots, ground ginger and dried hay. Willamette Valley!
Calcarius, Orange Puglia ‘Nu Litr’
Ripe, fresh, juicy and dry. Dried apricots, fresh herbs, and high salinity. Some tea-like tannins. Try this for something unique and unexpected!
Groundwork, Counoise Carbonique. A light bodied, natural red wine. Tastes like cranberry, white pepper, rose water, rhubarb, and agua de jamaica. This was a showstopper when we first tried it! Definite the one you show off to your friends.
Jolie-Laide’s Glou d’Etat
Fresh aromatics and low tannins. This is a red wine served best with a chill! Notes of raspberry, cherry, plum, and cranberry. Pair it with pizza, charcuterie, smash burgers, or grilled chicken.
