Push the limits! BTS Matthew made this dough Sunday and we decided to cold ferment it for a day…which we all got busy and I just baked it today…FIVE days later. That’s over 100 hour cold ferment 🤯 The taste? Incredible & packed with flavor!!!! Always always bake the loaf ❤️ and if it’s sticky dump it in a pan with sides throw some toppings and TA DA!!!! Sourdough does not have to be complex or stressful - educate yourself on the process & you’ll be amazed 🤗
