Been experimenting with different baking vessels & flours. 😊👍 These were baked with the double loaf pan method, today. I still prefer a Dutch oven or roasting pan for a more traditional style or to open bake them on a baking steel. I'm happy with how they turned out. 🥹

Why does sourdough take so long?🤔 Its a 3-day slow-fermented bread.🤯 Creating a living stable symbiotic culture of yeast & lactic acid bacteria takes consistency & time to turn flour, water, & salt into that classic sourdough we all love so much!

I'm still here in Del Rio👋 let me know if you'd like some Bread! It's usually a 3-day turnaround from your order, (😊message me to order). But you are getting deliciously naturally fermented bread & I personally Mill Einkorn wheat berries from Barton Springs Mill for a nutty & sweet flavor & I add red hard wheat flour with my lovely sourdough starter, water & salt. 😊

🫶🏽It's the same ingredients for inclusion just add the inclusions & the rest 👆 of the ingredients like Jalapeño & cheddar, etc.

I love how delicious bread can be found all over the world! 😊 My favorite sourdough is Birote 🤤 its sweet & sour in all the right ways! And the crunch 🤌

Classic Sourdough Loaf & The other is Jalapeño Cheddar. 😋 Both are hearty & very tasty breads!

I love adding quality flours to my bread! I use Enikorn and Red Hard Wheat & Sometimes White Hard Wheat. As well as rice flour after the final shaping. I feed my starter daily a 1•10•10 ratio, and I rarely let it get acidic before its next feed. Give my bread a chance. 🥰 I take a lot of pride in my work and I hope you appreciate the unseen work behind the bread.

As I get ready to consistently post, be aware that the prices will be adjusting. But I will clearly have the prices listed. Thank you for being patient as I grow and figure out the social media and packaging side. Thank you for your support & patience!!
