Michael Preble serves as Director of Operations for Saulsbury Industries, where he oversees EPC projects with a focus on operational excellence, accountability, and long-term value. A results-driven engineering professional, Michael combines technical expertise with people-focused leadership, emphasizing integrity, adaptability, and continuous improvement across teams and projects.

A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering earned Cum Laude, Michael also holds a Professional Engineer license and was a 4-time All-American in Track and Field. Since moving to West Texas in 2017 with his wife, Kaitlyn, he has built both a successful career and a strong foundation for their growing family, raising four children: Chris, Maren, Hazel, and Lainey.

Beyond the workplace, Michael is deeply invested in his community. He serves as a community group leader at Redeemer Church Midland, coaches youth sports, and is currently enrolled in the Odessa Chamber of Commerce Leadership Odessa program.

Michael’s personal motto reflects his approach to leadership and service: “I’m driven by a responsibility to provide for my family and set a strong example for my children through hard work, integrity, and perseverance.”

Michael Hamilton serves as a Patrol Corporal with the Odessa Police Department and is the owner and DJ behind HAMI Entertainment, better known as DJ HAMBONE. A U.S. Army combat veteran, Michael has dedicated his career to serving and uplifting others both in and out of uniform. From 2017–2024, he developed and led OPD’s Community Relations Unit as its sole community relations officer, creating meaningful connections throughout the community while also training recruits in the police academy and developing officer training programs.

Michael is passionate about mentoring and supporting youth through his involvement with organizations including Stand on Excellence and the Richard Milburn Academy Law Enforcement Club, along with numerous other community initiatives. His service and leadership have earned him the 2016 PPOA Officer of the Year Award and the 2018 Bustin for Badges “Top Cop” Award.

Michael describes himself as “just a man that loves to dance and make people smile,” striving daily to make his family proud while being the role model he once wished for growing up.

Keith Trower is a REALTOR® with Trower Realtors, Inc. and serves as President of Basin Industrial Properties and Trower Development. A third-generation REALTOR®, Keith proudly continues his family’s legacy of serving the Permian Basin through real estate, development, and community involvement. He specializes in industrial and residential real estate, overseeing property acquisitions, leasing, investment strategy, market analysis, and client relations across West Texas.

Before transitioning into real estate, Keith spent 15 years with Schlumberger, where he held leadership roles including Account Manager, Project Engineer, and Southern U.S. Technical Manager. His experience in the energy industry gave him valuable insight into the economic growth and business landscape of the Permian Basin.

Keith actively serves the community through organizations including Grow Odessa, the Grow Odessa Land Use Committee, the Petroplex Association of REALTORS®, and Odessa Country Club committees. He also coaches youth soccer through the Odessa Soccer Association.

Keith and his wife, Chelsea, are proud parents to two daughters, Chesney and Charlee. He is driven by his commitment to family, community, and building a lasting legacy in Odessa.

Karina Johnson is the co-owner and operator of Fuego Resto & Bar and a registered nurse at Odessa Regional Medical Center. At Fuego, she oversees daily operations, staff management, brand development, and creative programming, helping create unique dining experiences and community-centered events throughout West Texas. Her background in obstetric emergency care and labor and delivery has shaped her compassionate leadership style and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

Karina has remained deeply involved in community service through organizations including Meals on Wheels, the local food bank, and the H-E-B Feast of Sharing planning committee, where she has volunteered for the past three years. Her involvement with Young Professionals of Odessa helped inspire her passion for civic engagement, and after graduating from Leadership Odessa Class of 2025, she now serves as Co-Chair for the current class. In 2023, she was recognized as Young Professional Volunteer of the Year.

A graduate of The University of Texas Permian Basin and Texas Tech University, Karina credits her resilience and challenging upbringing as the driving force behind her passion for uplifting others and creating opportunities within her community.

Jerrika Swinney is the owner and bridal stylist of XO Bridals and a proud Odessa native dedicated to serving her community through volunteerism, philanthropy, and empowering women. A graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a minor in Business, Jerrika has spent years supporting nonprofit organizations and local events throughout the Permian Basin.

Her passion for community service began at a young age delivering Meals on Wheels with her grandmother and continued through Honor Society, Texas Scholars, and Students in Philanthropy, where she volunteered with organizations including the Odessa Food Bank and Meals on Wheels. In college, she served through her sorority, Delta Zeta, supporting the Starkey Hearing Foundation and Painted Turtle Foundation.

Since opening XO Bridals with her mother in 2018, Jerrika has supported Odessa Arts, Junior League, Pilot Club, Crystal Ball, and the Rehabilitation Center through events and fundraisers. She and her husband, Michael, are raising their two sons to love Odessa and give back to the community.

Dillon Noel is a Trust Officer with SouthWest Bank and a dedicated community leader passionate about serving the Permian Basin. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA in International Business, Dillon has remained committed to investing in the community he proudly calls home.

Since 2019, Dillon has served on the board of the Ellen Noël Art Museum, assisting with major initiatives the museum’s capital campaign, fundraisers like Shrimpfest, and financial planning efforts. In 2025, he joined the board of the Permian Basin ReAbility Center, contributing to the Steakout, Telethon, and Rebranding committees. He also recently assisted Harmony Home Children’s Advocacy Center with its “Once Upon a Hope” fundraiser.

Dillon was previously recognized as Rookie of the Year by the M-Squad Chamber Ambassadors. Outside of work and volunteering, he enjoys traveling with his wife Maria, hiking, running with his dog Zuli, trying new foods, and drinking coffee whenever possible.

Cynthia Pantoja is an HR Manager at ProPetro Services, where she partners with leadership to execute strategic HR initiatives focused on employee development, operational performance, and organizational growth. Her work has contributed to increased bench strength, improved career growth pathways, and successful cost management initiatives within the company’s field operations. She also leads employee relations processes and HR improvement projects that support both employees and business objectives.

A lifelong Odessa resident, Cynthia is deeply committed to serving her community through youth mentorship, nonprofit leadership, and family-focused initiatives. She serves as a board member for the Bonham Boys Athletic Booster Club, supports Harmony Home’s annual charity event efforts, and leads the Adopt-A-Child for Christmas program through the PUMP Committee. She is also a CCD teacher at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, where she mentors and teaches local youth.

Cynthia will earn her Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University and has been recognized through the President’s Honor List, Dean’s Honor List, and National Society of Leadership and Success.

Through her leadership, Courtney works to ensure MCH remains a premier place for healthcare, employment, and compassionate patient care in West Texas.

An Odessa native and proud Permian High School graduate, Courtney is passionate about investing in the community she proudly calls home. She actively supports organizations, including Keep Odessa Beautiful, Harmony Home Children’s Advocacy Center, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Permian Basin, through fundraising, volunteer efforts, and community health initiatives.

Courtney’s leadership and dedication to healthcare excellence have earned her numerous recognitions, including the Fire Starter Award for emerging healthcare leadership, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional designation, and MCH’s 2025 People’s Choice Employee of the Year Award. Collin Simmons is the Vice President of Commercial Lending at American Momentum Bank, where he works closely with business owners throughout Odessa to provide financing solutions that support growth and long-term success. In his role, Collin structures and underwrites commercial credit, manages business relationships, and helps clients navigate financial opportunities while maintaining strong community connections.

Born and raised in Odessa, Collin is passionate about giving back to the city that shaped him. He serves as a Worship Leader at First Baptist Church Odessa, volunteers with the Permian Basin Mission Center, and supports students through volunteer efforts at LBJ Elementary School. He has also previously served with the Kiwanis Club of Odessa and as an M-Squad Ambassador for the Midland Chamber of Commerce.

Collin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and his MBA from The University of Texas Permian Basin. He and his wife, Taylor, are proud parents to their daughter, Sutton, and are honored to raise their family in Odessa.

Burke Millard serves as the Elementary Kids' Pastor at Crossroads Church, where he partners with families to help children grow in faith, follow Jesus, and live for the One. Prior to stepping into his current role, Burke served as the church’s High School Pastor from 2019–2026, dedicating years to mentoring and investing in the next generation.

Burke is passionate about serving the Odessa community through ministry and volunteerism. He currently serves as a board member for the Live Like Rylee Foundation and CASA of the Permian Basin and has been the chaplain for the Permian High School football team since 2021. Over the past several years, he has personally served with and led volunteer groups supporting organizations including Hope House, the West Texas Food Bank, Mission Agape, First Priority, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Night to Shine, and Keep Odessa Beautiful.

A graduate of Baylor University, Burke and his wife, Courtney, proudly call Odessa home. Burke lives by the belief: “We have been blessed to be a blessing.”
