From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who came out and supported our fundraiser at Masa Bakery.
One thing I truly love about Odessa is the strong sense of community we have. When one family is hurting, our community shows up. The outpouring of love, prayers, support, and generosity was truly amazing and a reminder of what makes our hometown so special.
To every person who purchased a burrito, shared a post, stopped by, donated, or simply kept the family in your prayers—thank you. Your kindness will make a difference for the family during this difficult time.
We are blessed to be part of a community that always comes together when it matters most.

With the family's permission, Masa Bakery will be helping raise funds during this difficult time for the Huerta family.

Our community has lost one of its hometown heroes, Lt. Isai Huerta. As Odessa mourns this tremendous loss, we want to come together to support his loved ones and show them they are not alone.

Tomorrow, all proceeds from our Chorizo & Egg Burritos will be donated directly to the Huerta family.

We invite our community to stop by Masa Bakery, purchase a burrito, and help us honor Lt. Huerta's memory through an act of kindness and support.

Please keep the Huerta family, his brothers and sisters in the fire service, and all who knew and loved him in your thoughts and prayers.
