It’s been a while since I’ve posted! I’m still baking, just not as much lately, but I fulfill special orders as needed.

I do have extra King Cake this week though. I have a full size for $50 and a small one for $25. Both have cinnamon cream cheese filling. Ready for delivery on Fat Tuesday (or I could even have the full size one ready for a Sunday Super Bowl party 😉) Let me know if you’re interested 😊💜💛💚

Who’s ready for soup weather?!?! I couldn’t wait for it to get cooler, so I’ve already been making soups for the last month! I’ve made three new soup recipes at our house (and one for an event) that my family is loving 🥣🍁❤️

First up was Chicken Enchilada Soup, I made this for the Reznik Focus open house a few weeks ago and it was a hit! Top with shredded cheese, tortilla strips, sour cream or cilantro for added flavor. Several people asked for the recipe and one even went back to Oklahoma and made it for an event there and said everyone loved it 😍

Next up is Lasagna Soup, all the flavors of lasagna but in soup form, it’s a hit too, already made it a couple of times, just top it with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Our latest new soup is a Jalapeño Popper Soup. This one has Yukon Gold potatoes in it, so it’s like a potato soup, but has all the flavors of a jalapeño popper. Top it off with more bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese.

We have several more we’re waiting to try, can’t have soup every day - can you? Maybe we can 🤔 What’s your favorite go-to, cold weather, comfort soup?

I baked some mouth watering Salted Caramel Apple Fritter Bread this evening! Since it’s such a moist bread, I decided to try it out in individual disposable loaf pans - they’re pretty cute!

I have THREE loaves available for Wednesday, October 18th! They are $8/ea. They measure 7”x3.5”x2.5” and are individually bagged. Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll meet up with you 😋😊🍎🍁❤️

New recipe! These were so fun to make! Acorn Oreo Balls - a slight twist on the Oreo ball, made with Peanut Butter Oreos (I found them at H‑E‑B) and cream cheese, then shaped into an acorn and dipped in almond bark and add a stick pretzel as the stem. Serve chilled and they fast like a bite of ice cream 😋 They looked so cute displayed with the little squirrel 🐿️

New recipe! Caramelitas - they’re a ooey gooey bar that starts with a brown sugar oatmeal crust, topped with chocolate chips, caramel topping and walnuts and baked to bubbly goodness 🤤 These debuted at the recent open house event and were a hit! Served in muffin cups for individual portions that were easy to eat.

Another new cookie recipe. Not sure why I haven’t made the ever popular Snickerdoodle cookie before now (🤔 maybe I did one time last year when someone made a request, not sure if I posted some then). Anyway, these cookies are so soft and yummy! Great for any time of the year!

I’ve baked several new recipes over the past several months that I haven’t even posted! 🙈 So, I’m going to make several separate posts for each one because they each need to shine ✨ on their own.

First new recipe is Salted Caramel Apple Fritter Bread! This smelled amazing, so moist and all the right flavors for Fall. 🍎 🍞 🍁 I made this for our Ladies Bible study brunch, didn’t get a picture of it cut, but it was so moist that it about fell apart as I sliced it, and of course there weren’t any leftovers 😋

Catered another amazing Open House event at Reznik Focus a few days ago! If you weren’t there you missed out on some amazing food! I made Chicken Enchilada Soup and served it in some adorable fall soup bowls. For sweet treats we had Sweet & Salty Churro bites, Pumpkin Earthquake Cake, Carmelitas (new item and they were amazing!), Peanut Butter Oreo Cream Cheese Acorns (another amazing new item!) and Jalapeño Popper Muffins.
