I’ve got a head start on my baking goal for 2020. Puff pastry!
These lovely ladies are filled with apples and cinnamon. The crust is super flaky and buttery. I still need to work on fine tuning my technique but these make this woman so happy.

I had the opportunity to visit a farmer’s market for work and got some beautiful zucchini’s. This morning I was itching to use them and baked this absolutely divine zucchini bread.
I enjoyed a slice with coffee and I’m telling you I’m in heaven.
