Meet the Ope!

This cookie was inspired by the Midwest classic: Snicker apple salad. The cookie dough is filled with vanilla pudding and bits of Snickers and granny smith apples. It’s stuffed with more Snickers, apples, and marshmallows, and topped with caramel, Snickers, and a dried apple.

I’ve got cookies left from yesterday’s event. I have some of each of the flavors listed below.

If you would like to order please leave a comment on this main post (not on the individual pictures) with what flavor(s) you’d like and how many of each.

Deep dish cookies are $6 each or 4/$20. Please place orders by 9:00pm on Tuesday 11/4. You can do a porch pickup from my home anytime on Wednesday. Payment can be in cash at pickup or Venmo.

I’m all set up at NEW Pride Alive today until 9 at the Oneida Convention Center. I’ve got 27 different flavors of my deep dish cookies with me today!

This will be my last event of the year, and likely the last baking I’ll be doing this year too. I’ve got a surgery coming up next week and another before Christmas, so it’s unlikely that I’ll be able to get anymore baking in for couple months while I recover.

I know I said I only have 5 new flavors for this weekend, but we were watching the Goonies yesterday and I got inspired.

Introducing: the Chunk! It’s a combination of rocky road and Baby Ruth that will definitely make you want to do the truffle shuffle.
