Every recipe of mine started the same way my bakery did: in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen and a whole lot of trial and error, because gluten-free baking doesn't forgive shortcuts.

Just like this cream filled cupcake, it didn’t happen overnight but the end result was so worth it!

My rice cereal treat recipe is now on my website!

One of my favorite treats are homemade rice cereal treats! And now, I’ve taken this special treat, made it gluten free, and added white chocolate and colorful sprinkles. Now, we can all enjoy these gooey, soft, marshmallowy treats at home!
