Time to talk about the project and we are SO EXCITED to share!
So our very own Lighthouse in Avila, CA was voted by the national lighthouse museum in NY 🎉 first of all congratulations to our wonderful lighthouse staff for taking care of our beautiful lighthouse ❤️ and my girls were asked by the board of the lighthouse keepers to make their ceremony cake for the ceremony today! 😱 I am so beyond proud of my girls. They were given creative freedom over the cake and they chose to make a cookie cake with our very own lighthouse hand piped on the front. This was their first time piping and they are so proud of themselves.
The cake was a caramel tuxedo cake with whipped dark chocolate fudge between the layers and then the handpiping on top. They both enjoyed making it so much they said their ready to start offering piped designs so we will be practicing

Téa wanted to make his birthday cake based on his favorite flavor Rocky Road! with a twist!!

This is a peanut butter cupcake with a marshmallow fluff filling topped with dark chocolate ganache topped with cashew pieces

They were phenomenal!
These will definitely be making their way onto the menu so stand by for that
