Vanilla bean pavlovas with made- from -me , and topped with sweet berries and powdered sugar. It’s pretty delicious if I must say. oh, Lorelei was so excited about them that I had to routinely push her hands out of the way from grabbing the fruit on top! Lol. She kept saying ,”mmmmhmmm”

In lieu of the holidays, I’ve been approached by a few people about whether or not I’m going to be making marshmallows to sell for Xmas gifts. I’m happy to say that I will be doing this, and I’ll have limited flavors available as well as vegan options. The vegan ones will toast as well!!

Flavors will be:

Dark chocolate

Cardamom

Caramel

Vanilla bean

Bourbon

Put in your orders by the middle of next week and pick up the week of the holidays (following week).

$6 for a bag of 6 big marshmallows. Makes excellent stocking stuffers!! 😁🎁

One Sweet Day.... How we started

hey everyone! i wanted to give a little insight on the history of one sweet day. my name is jennifer. i am first and foremost an artist, but i’ve always had a love affair with food. i started making marshmallows roughly nine years ago for friends and family around the holidays. it eventually blossomed into what it is now, and we are continuing to grow. look for us in stores soon, as well as other exciting endeavors that i will share here on facebook, as well as on my upcoming blog and podcast that i’m working on. look for us at the ocean springs fresh market on saturdays, the market on wednesday at jones park in gulfport, and every first sunday at florence gardens in north gulfport. we also do approx

20 different flavors of marshmallows and counting, so look for what flavors we will be showcasing weekly at the markets on here. we have started s’mores on site at the markets due to warm weather as well. they are soooo delicious! our food blog will share recipes, and different ways to use our product creatively. thanks for looking and liking, and come see us at the market!
