Seven years ago, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and underwent surgery, which yielded positive results until eighteen months ago. At that point, I anticipated a conclusive outcome, but instead, the issue has persisted. My PSA levels have been rising steadily. After conferring with my oncology team, loved ones, and friends, I have made the decision to undergo radiation therapy, albeit with some initial reluctance. I am sharing my experience to foster a supportive discussion that may benefit others, rather than seeking sympathy. My initial diagnosis was largely a fortunate occurrence. I urge men to prioritize their health and not let pride interfere. Anyone requiring support or guidance should seek it without delay. I am willing to provide assistance in this matter. Regular health check-ups can be lifesaving. I plan to share updates on my condition. Blessings to all.
