🌊 Weather Safety Notice - 9/26/2026
Owners, Residents, and Guests,

With the current weather conditions, we are seeing significant water and sand movement along our shoreline. The bay is overtaking the beaches, and the fishing pier is very close to being underwater.

For everyone’s safety, please avoid venturing out onto the beaches or fishing pier while these conditions continue. The constant churning of the waves has severely impacted the sand, and it may be unstable.

Once the weather has passed and conditions are safe, Management will assess the area and address the cleanup needed.

Thank you for your cooperation, and please stay safe!

Pool Closure Update - 8/31/2026

Due to lightning in the vicinity, the indoor and outdoor pools are closed until the storm passes. We will post an update once we can establish a re-open time. We must remain closed for one hour following the last strike of lightning in our immediate 8 miles. We use Weatherbug to track the lightening, if you'd like to also track the lightening.

See previous posts for storm procedures.

Thank you for your understanding.
