Today has just been “one of those days”. 🫠

A few choice words.
Face got red a couple times.
I almost cried at one point 😂😭🤦‍♀️
I had to walk away for 10 minutes and come back to it.

Not everyday is sprinkles and glitter.

Sometimes your chocolate doesn’t set right.
Sometimes your cake pop falls off the stick.
Sometimes you bump the cake pops, causing them to mess up.
Sometimes you do all of those in one day.

🥹 🫠

But as I sit here and take a break, I think about how lucky I am.

My toddler might be a threeteen with her dramatic melt downs, causing me to lose my mind.

My chocolate may have given me a hard time today due to a temperature being off somewhere.

My cake pops may have fallen off the sticks.

I may have bumped all the salted caramel pops, messing up the freshly drizzled caramel on every single one….

But I sure am lucky to be able to do this.

Having 5 children is rough. Having job while having 5 children is rough. This business has allowed me to stay home with my toddler. It has allowed me to be home for all her JIA appts. It’s allowed me to be here for my other children. It’s allowed me to watch them grow up.

I couldn’t thank my husband for supporting me through all of this. And everyone else that supports my business as well. 🙏

So I may have had “one of those days”, I am still so very thankful to do what I do.
