I made 10 fancy flat breads that I forgot to take to the Farmer's Market on Sunday. I brought them up after the market was over and sold some and gave some away to the workers there. Thank you for saving the day...I would have been sad to have to freeze them. This is what we did with the one we saved: it was like a Boboli only BETTER. It had olive oil, sweet onion, parmesan cheese and sesame seeds. It would have been fine like that but we added ground lamb that we got at the market which we cooked up with fresh herbs from the garden, some fresh sweet peppers & tiny mushrooms with asiago cheese. Wow, it was Yummy
