I made 10 fancy flat breads that I forgot to take to the Farmer's Market on Sunday. I brought them up after the market was over and sold some and gave some away to the workers there. Thank you for saving the day...I would have been sad to have to freeze them. This is what we did with the one we saved: it was like a Boboli only BETTER. It had olive oil, sweet onion, parmesan cheese and sesame seeds. It would have been fine like that but we added ground lamb that we got at the market which we cooked up with fresh herbs from the garden, some fresh sweet peppers & tiny mushrooms with asiago cheese. Wow, it was Yummy

Lady Sourdough is back. We took Amtrak to the Bay Area, CA for a wedding and to visit family. I will see you this Sunday...

Lady Sourdough is back. We took Amtrak to the Bay Area, CA for a wedding and to visit family. I will see you this Sunday, September 22nd with lots of sourdough delights. English muffins are very popular. Making apple crisp mini loaves and I haven't decided on what sweet treat to bring yet...hope to see you there! Get there early for best selection. 2-5 pm @ Oakridge Methodist Church.

Lemon Basil Cupcakes this week!!! Yup. Come to the Farmers Market 2-5 pm, this Sunday, at the Methodist Church in Oakridge. I will also have Sourdough boules, French Toast loaves, Fancy Batons, Hot Pepper Cheesy Breadsticks, English Muffins and SD Crackers. Chocolate almond biscotti too! Come early for best selection.

Cinnamon rolls or Pecan Swirls are quite yummy...but if you have not tried a Basil Lemon Cupcake you don't know what you are missing.
