Here's a pie crust recipe just in time for Pi Day 3/14!
I haven't tried this recipe yet but it looks like a winner. Substitutions for butter: Miyoko's unsalted vegan butter comes in a block and is a great option. If you don't have pie weights, I have used dried garbanzo beans instead and that works out fine.

Our ultimate pie dough. It uses all butter, it’s dead easy to roll, and it bakes up tender, crisp, and shatteringly flaky.
