Not baking related, but I have been trying to cooking lately. For those who know me, know that I don’t really cook. I know of techniques and concepts, but cooking is not my forte, so I usually leave it to someone who is better, faster, and enjoys doing it.
I had a lot of leftover skirt steak from the hotpot over the weekend (Photos of the hotpot to come later 😉), and some extra time. So, I decided to try making bulgogi.
Served with a side of kimchi and pickled daikon from , arugula from my mom’s garden, and rice.
It was really good. Might be one to add to my collection 😋
