Alright local friends, as we head into December, I'm opening for Christmas macaron orders! We'll be heading to Georgia for Christmas this year so I want to plan ahead and get everyone sorted before we leave on Dec. 20th. I'm looking to have meet-ups on Sunday, Dec. 19th and these will stay fresh in your freezer until the 24th or 25th or you could eat them right away! Let me know what you'd like and we'll arrange a meet-up!

Ordering Details: $25/doz with 2 flavors per dozen. As I am offering six flavors this year, I am open to making a variety box if you wish that will have two of each flavor. Payment can be made through cash, check, venmo, or Paypal.

‘Twas the night before baking and all through the house one creature was stirring, a lone baker, who weighed each ounce

The eggwhites were separated into a bowl with great care as the baker lifted one last prayer

Let these macarons rise with feet nice and frilly, please no hollows or crinkles as these cookies are tricky.

The baker then nestled into her bed where visions of macarons danced in her head.

She fell fast to sleep with hopes that these treats would bring smiles and joy to each person they meet.

Happy Fall Y'all!

With this cooler weather it's time for some new treats! I'll be working on a pumpkin spice macaron, a yummy vanilla bean and I'm thinking a Butterbeer macaron will be needed for October!

What's your favorite fall flavor? Perhaps we can make a dozen just for you!

Today I had a minor surgery so I'll be recovering this weekend. That said, I've got plans for next week: lemon macarons for our family reunion in Maine! If you want any macarons later next week, place your order now!
