There’s something so special about getting to see the inside of a loaf I’ve baked! 🥹🍞✨

A huge thank you to my amazing customer for taking the time to send me pictures and a video of the inside! Since I don’t usually cut into my loaves myself, I rarely get to see the crumb once they leave my hands. So when a customer sends me a peek, it genuinely makes me SO giddy! 😍

Seeing the beautiful crumb, texture, and all those little sourdough details makes all the time and love that goes into each loaf so worth it. ❤️

Hi friends! 🥰 I haven’t popped on here in a second because we hit a little hiccup and I ended up down for a bit being sick 🤒 But I’m back at it, caught up, and all updated! 🙌🏼
