The end result of a long week of prepping dough, a 14-hour baking day that started before sunrise and ended late into the night, followed by another early morning of final prep, packing, loading, and setting up… it all comes together beautifully. 🤎
There were definitely moments this week when I wondered how I was going to pull it all off, but standing here looking at everything I worked so hard to create, I couldn’t be more proud.
This little bakery of mine is something I’ve poured so much time, love, and hard work into, and today was one of those moments where I could truly step back and say, I did that. 🥹✨
From my kitchen to the market table, every loaf, cookie, and bagel represents hours of work and a whole lot of heart. And seeing it all come together makes every sleepless night worth it.
