Well, it’s been 24and1/2 years since I opened the bakery in April 2000 and it’s time for me to step down and out! I refused to sell to an investor and GREAT NEWS my wonderful broker Kimberly Wright found this couple Sam and Anna to continue the legacy of my dad’s recipes and what we’ve added through the years!
I have been blessed with becoming friends with many of my customers and would love to thank each and every one of you but I’m afraid I’ll miss one and you are all so special to me.
Lots of ups and downs with the economy and Covid etc. but our cakes prevailed!
Most of my employees are staying, including the best baker this side of Missouri!
As I mentioned, The new owners are staying with the same recipes and will be adding more delicious options. Wait till you see some of the beautiful cakes Anna can do!
I will be helping with the transition till the end of the year.
