Yay!!!! I love seeing our Everything but the Inflammation out in the wild!

Krauty Toasty! One of my all the time favorite meals that has all the yum! Make it with a variety of toppings.
My favorite kraut is Curtido and it pairs amazing with Mylk and Hummus Roasted Beet Pepita Hummus
Sourdough slice topped with:
🍃Arugula from Lucky Dog Farm
❤️Hummus from Mylk and Hummus
🥑 Avocado
💜 KCK Curtido
🫓 Everything (but the Inflammation) Seasoning from Nourished Baker
So yummy and I am so grateful for these amazing ingredients.
