Each one is made in house with classic French technique and layered with rich, seasonal flavors that are meant to be shared.

A rolled chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse and finished with smooth ganache.

🥮 Chocolate Crème Brûlée
Chocolate cake layered with chocolate mousse and vanilla bean crème brûlée, finished with a chocolate velvet spray.

☕️ Mocca Hazelnut
Hazelnut cake with coffee mousse, vanilla whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and hazelnut crunch.

🌿 Apricot Pistachio
Vanilla cake filled with pistachio cream and apricot coulis, finished with white chocolate pistachio almond icing.
