As much as I loooove making/baking and selling delicious, good for your gut, sourdough bread...
Over a year ago I decided that passing the torch of knowledge has been lost through the years! And so my love of teaching began...
I still love watching my students learn that yes you can have kids, a full time job and still provide your family with fresh home baked sourdough !!

Been wanting to learn how to make sourdough???
Come learn the art of sourdough!!
Taught by me, Lori, with Little Owl Sourdough!
Not just any sourdough but the long fermented, good for your digestion kind our ancestors used to make!!
The long fermentation allows the gluten and phytic acid to break down, making it easier for the body to digest while also helping the body to absorb key nutrients like magnesium, iron and zinc!
This process also lowers the glycemic index, assisting in blood sugar management!
The prebiotics that naturally occur in sourdough contribute to a healthy gut microbiome !

My technique is easy to follow and my starter is low maintenence!
You'll leave class with laminated instructions that we will go over in class, a starter you've fed, a loaf to bake at home (that you mixed up yourself) and the confidence to do it!!!

All you need to bring is a 4-5qt bowl with a lid and be ready for some fun !!!

I've had some great students in the years I've been teaching sourdough classes :0)
I'm getting more and more emails from parents wanting to bring their kids to class , which I love!! Teach them the love of a craft early!!

As a Mother/Grandmother myself I'm happy to offer you a discount if you have mutiple children you'd like to introduce to the world of sourdough!!
Normal price is $60 each, if you have more than 1 child, under the age of 18, that you'd like to bring I can do $40 per child 😉 Just like you , they will get their own starter, instructions and they will make their own loaf !!!

As some of you know I teach sourdough classes around Colorado and Cheyenne. Today's class was at Olive & Herb Co - Cheyenne and it was one of those you laugh about the rest of the evening ..
So thanks go out to Eva and her party ( I'm terrible with names ... was a David too lol and the birthday boy) for being good students and stretching your bread in the middle of your dinner in the parking lot!!! And for making me take that cookie home 😋 was fantastic!!

Is this the new scam ? 2 different people, questions and answers are almost exact. I fell for the first one , made 4 loaves, he ghosted me then blocked me .... so when I got the next one I asked for payment first and no response since ....
What is wrong with people... what could they possibly gain from making me waste my time and money ...? Jokes on them though cause I had no problem getting rid of those 4 loaves he didn't buy 🤣🤣
