📢 A Quick Update from Proof & Preserve 📢

We will not have fresh baked goods available at our retail locations this week.

Between family commitments, bakery projects, and preparations for our upcoming storefront at Selfridge, we're taking a brief pause from our weekly deliveries.

We appreciate your understanding and support more than you know! We look forward to returning with fresh sourdough, bagels, cookies, and all your favorite treats soon.

Big news from Proof & Preserve 🇺🇸🍞

We are beyond honored and excited to announce that Proof & Preserve will soon be opening a storefront at Selfridge Air National Guard Base!

Our new location will be open to veterans and active duty military members, and as a veteran-owned small business, this opportunity means more to us than we can put into words. Supporting those who serve and creating a welcoming place filled with fresh bread, baked goods, jams, and comfort food has always been close to our hearts.

We are still in the planning and setup phase, so an official opening date has not been announced yet, but we are hoping to open within the next month or two. The storefront will primarily be open on weekends.

And don’t worry you can still find Proof & Preserve products regularly at:

Thank you to everyone who has supported this dream from farmers markets, craft shows, bakery shelves, and word of mouth. This next chapter is truly special to our family, and we cannot wait to share it with you.
