Behind the scenes of our Peanut Butter Explosion Cookies 💛🥜
These cookies are not for the faint of heart… they’re packed, loaded, and honestly a little over the top (in the best way possible)
It all starts with a rich, buttery dough that’s already peanut-buttery enough to stand on its own. But we don’t stop there. Oh no. That’s when the real magic happens. In go the Reese’s peanut butter chips for that creamy melt in your mouth goodness. Then comes a generous handful of Reese’s Pieces for that perfect little crunch and pop of sweetness. And just when you think it can’t get any better… we fold in chunks of miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups so every bite has that iconic chocolate + peanut butter combo! Scoop, stack, and slightly overload each dough ball (because more is more here), then bake until the edges are golden and the centers stay soft and gooey. Right out of the oven, they’re melty, rich, and basically irresistible.
