Bakers, do you freeze your cupcakes, bake the day of or bake the night before and leave at room temp?

What’s your technique to moist cupcakes besides ingredients if any?

I bake, cover and freeze directly out the oven. Lock in all that heat moisture and I decorate frozen. When it thaws, they are perfect! No need for simple syrup or anything. I do my cakes the same way.
