When it comes to cinnamon rolls, why stick with the status quo? I created my original cinnamon rolls (AKA Cinnabon Busters) six years ago. Since then they have changed at least 5 different times. To have a super soft, brioche style roll with a filling that stays in place throughout baking has been the ultimate goal. They are finally here! These are before the glaze goes on. If anyone would like a KitchenAid mixer I have a classic 4.5 qt ready to go to a new home, with an artisan 5 qt that will be ready by the weekend. I will have a 6 qt pro 600 ready to go early next week, just have a couple of repairs to make to get it performing like a new mixer. $200 for the classic, $250 for the artisan and $300 for the pro 600.
