Well I had a busy day!!..made a nice cookie order for pick up today of 7 different kinds of cookies, and re-arranged my sprinkles cabinet to squeeze in my freeze dried jars full of goodies!!..phew, ready for a rest!

What a fantastic and fun day!!..met lots of new faces, talked a lot about freeze drying and did some samples for exposure of enhanced flavors and texture!!..Sold lots of treats to new enthusiasts!!. Thank you everyone who showed up!

More goodies I have made for the city wide rummage sales tomorrow!!..marshmallows of all kinds!..and they are crunchy and puffy like the ones in lucky charm’s cereal!!..they are so yummy and fun to eat!!..banana flavor, mango, vanilla and unicorn…even gave a try at cinnamon drops and WOW that cinnamon really enhanced!!!..I was to late getting on the city’s list of places to stop (darn) so tell your friends where I am and what I have!..thank you, really hope to see you all tomorrow!!

Can you believe this is sugar free candies freeze dried!..fruit flavors and as light and fragile as Cotten candy!!..they will be at my sale on Saturday during city wide rummage sales!!..also sugar free will be red/white peppermint candies!..they are in the freeze dryer right now!

I’m getting ready for city wide Norway rummage sales on the 16th!!..my freeze dryer has been nonstop making lots of treats to sell!!..salt water taffy, nerd clusters, skittles, five flavors of ice cream sandwich bites..(yes I said Icecream)..you have to try these and you will be hooked!!!..I’ll give you a sample when you come!!..there is even caramel m&ms!..and peach rings,gummy bears..more to come since I have better than a week more to work on!!!..I sure hope you come and get some!…N-2158 Pearney lane (just before the old Pollard Dairy) on Norway Hill

Had fun today!!!..a bride and groom to be, and two of their best friends, came today for a taste test for their guest deserts and main cake!..they left here sweeter than they arrived ( me bad!..haahaa)..frostings, fillings and cake samples after, decisions were made!!!

Can you believe these are freeze dried ice cream sandwiches??..yes ma’am!!..and like m& ms, they don’t melt in your hands, they melt in your mouth!..heehee..they will be at the city wide rummage sale on the freeze dry sale table at my Kathy’s kakes corner!!! These are mint, and cookie dough flavors but there will be others!!
