As a child I had an overwhelming sweet tooth and an over active imagination. I was also the kind of child who had a question for everything. When I first saw my mom bake I always wondered how a few simple ingredients made something so wonderful. As I got older I continuously experimented with different desserts and discovered i had a special gift for cupcakes.
As I grew older I realized that there's nothing better than sharing this gift with others. I remember back when I was little someone knew I had this gift before I did. They told me that in the future, when I open my own bakery it should be named Angel Cakes Bakery. So, here I am several years later fulfilling this dream.
