Some cookies are about so much more than cookies. ❤️🧵

Recently, I had the honor of creating quilt-square cookies for a beautiful woman’s celebration of life. I think quilting was about so much more to her than putting patterns and pieces of fabric together. It was about creating something meaningful, sharing her talents, and stitching her family closer together.

As I created these cookies in her honor, that thought stayed with me. In my own little way, I hoped these quilt squares could do what her quilts had done for so many years: bring people together to celebrate the love, memories, and family she leaves behind.

It was truly an honor to be a small part of such a special day and to help stitch a family together one cookie at a time. ❤️
