She's back!!

We were having sourcing issues with poppy seeds for a bit but they are back and as beautiful as ever! For those die hard poppy fans come to market or shop to get your fix.

:::NEW HOURS:::

Our hours are shortening a bit to make this summer more tenable for us. Open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 8-12

We are busier than ever, short staffed (anyone want a job?) and just can't make enough bagels. Bagels have been selling out around noon the past few weekends and we don't want to keep disappointing folks.

The hope is that we will still have plenty of bagels available up until noon everyday.

This also means we can send more bagels to both Belfast Farmers Market and Camden Farmers market!

Thanks y'all for all the support, being understanding of the times we sell out too soon, and continuing to enjoy our bagels!

Some days are really lovely and we make loads of bagels that we love and that y'all love... And some days, like yesterday, a big storm comes thru and knocks your power out for 13 hours. We did the best we could to keep the necessary things cool with a generator but we lost a bunch of bagels and prep.

We appreciate your understanding that the shop is closed Friday and we will be a little limited on bagels Saturday and Sunday because sourdough bagels take a few days and we can't bounce back that fast.

Thanks for the support! We are at today, the shop Saturday and Sunday, and Saturday with as many bagels as we can make!

hiii, we're taking our annual summer break on the weekend of july 2 - 5.... which means no wholesale, no markets, and our bagel shop will not be open..... buttt we willl be making extra bagels if u want to stock up next weekend :)
