7 years ago I started The Scone Goddess in my kitchen. I baked scones to sell at the farmers market, then pivoted to making mixes in my converted garage during the pandemic. My home has been my haven. My inspiration and an investment in my family’s future. It has provided for me in ways I never could have imagined!

Now, my home is ready to embrace the next adventurer as we downsize for just the two of us.

I have to give a huge shout out to my team. Earlier this year, they said, Vee, please make a Key Lime Pie Scone Mix!” I gotta tell ya. I really was not excited by that flavor. I just wasn’t sure I could capture the tart lime and the crispy graham crust. But, they all had so much faith in me, so, I gave it a go!
Very much to my surprise, the scones were absolutely scrumptious! We hit the go button on launching Key Lime Pie Scone Mix as our first Summer seasonal this year.
What a hit!! I cannot tell you how many people have asked me to make more. Emails, reviews, FB messages- “We need more Key Lime Pie Scones. They are our new favorite!”

First, if you see Ash, Annie, Meg or Andy, better give them a high five for insisting I create this mix. When you see Riah in the bakery, give her some kudos. She is the heart of the bakery and just keeps baking all morning to meet demand.

So, you want one more round of Key Lime? Please, write a google, Yelp or TripAdvisor review about this flavor. If the demand is there, I will personally make it happen.

Until then, we have about 4 packages in stock in the bakery. Better run!
