We are located in The Crossings development at the edge of downtown, with convenient parking. Welcome to the Brick Oven Bakery. Located in lovely Northfield, Minnesota, the Brick Oven Bakery produces hand-crafted breads lovingly made with no preservatives. We offer a wide variety of breads, rolls, sticky buns, scones and cookies as well as coffee, tea, breakfast, and lunch options.

Baker (Part-Time)

Brick Oven Bakery in Northfield, MN, is looking for a dependable baker to join our wholesale production baking team. Baking or food service experience is preferred but not required.

Details:
    •    Part-time (possibly becoming full-time)
    •    Afternoon shifts
    •    Pay: $17-20/hour (based on experience)
    •    Position available for immediate start

Hello again BOB family! We will be closing our counter service and cafe area beginning Tuesday 2/3/26 until further notice to give our team time to reset and figure out next steps. We will still be open for wholesale, so please look for our breads at Just Food Co-op, Spiral Food Co-op, Little Joy, Geek Haven, as well as various restaurants around Northfield! Dear BOBs family: We are saddened to share that Dean Christensen, our tireless owner of the Brick Oven Bakery, passed away suddenly from a heart attack on New Year’s Eve. While he is sorely missed, we know he would want BOBs to continue business as usual, we will remain open with our warm and comforting offering at our regular hours.
