🍫🥐Ever wonder how our chocolate croissants get made? The dough is folded and put through a “sheeter” approximately 5 thousand times to give croissants their approximately 1 million layers. Then the “books” are cut into rectangles, rolled up with chocolate, sliced across the top, and baked to perfection. Voila! Chocolate croissants, babyyyy!!!
