big news, friends 🎉

My name is Maddie and after almost 8 years as head baker here, I’m happy to announce that I’m now the new owner of Tart Baking Co. 🥐

Tart has a long history and I’m excited to be the next part of it. I’ve been in this kitchen for a long time, and I care deeply about what it puts out into the community. So with that, we’re going back to our roots — the croissants, the bread, the things that made Tart *Tart* ✨— they’re on their way back. Stay tuned for some old familiars over the next couple of weeks, and some new excitements as we move ahead.
