With sadness We want to share a City of North St. Paul story that happened here in downtown.

I was told a SAD story this morning how a customer will NOT BUY FROM US because our origin/ ethnicity. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Went like this:

A "potential customer " Stopped several days ago to one of our neighbors business and told them :

"Potential customer" : " THERE IS A NEW BAKERY IN TOWN"

Team member : " Yes, It is"

Potential customer : " BUT IM NOT GOING BECAUSE HE IS MEXICAN"

Team member : " oh, ok"

unfortunately that is wrong!!

We are not Mexicans or From Mexico, We are from El Salvador, which is located at Central America share north border with Honduras, East border with Guatemala, and South with the Pacific Ocean
(with 1 beach on the worldwide top 10 for surfing). And we will be happy to be from Mexico ( can you image all that great food in North St paul)

At Casa Maya Cafe EVERYONE is welcome...EVERYONE!!!

If a color of a skin, an accent a flavor a food smell IS MAKING YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE!!! OMG you are missing 99% of life in Planet Earth !!
