My name is Amanda Toombs, 22 years young, Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts for Baking & Patissiere Graduate (2012).

I started making cakes 4 years ago with no prior schooling. Most skills were self taught through research. I have now advanced my skills due to attending a 1 year Culinary program.
