🍪💜 A Sweet Birthday Surprise! 💜🍪

One of my favorite parts of custom baking is bringing someone's vision to life, and this 6" chocolate chip cookie cake was no exception! 😍

My customer had a special birthday idea in mind for herself and she was excited to share it with a friend. She sent me several inspiration photos, sharing the details she loved from each one, from the colors and decorations to the chocolate lettering.

And those chocolate letters? They were a true labor of love! 😅 Each one took patience, time, and a delicate touch, but seeing everything come together made it all worthwhile!

What made this order even sweeter was the reason behind it. After going gluten free, the birthday girl didn't think she'd be able to enjoy special treats like this anymore.

And THAT is why I love what I do! 🥹 Everyone deserves to feel celebrated and enjoy something delicious, regardless of their dietary restrictions!

Unbelievably Gluten Free is heading back to the Keller Farmers Market on HALLOWEEN, and this market is going to be frightfully fun! 🕷️🧡

Come enjoy a festive morning filled with decorated booths, costumed vendors, Halloween treats, and plenty of candy! 🍬🎃 Costumes are encouraged, so bring your little ghosts and goblins along for the fun!

When you're choosing your wedding cake, every little detail matters, including the frosting! 💛

These two adorable lemon cakes were created for a wedding cake tasting, giving the couple an opportunity to experience two different frosting options with the same delicious lemon cake.

🍋 Traditional Cream Cheese Frosting – Rich, tangy, and wonderfully creamy, with a softer texture.

🍋 Cream Cheese-Flavored Buttercream – All that delicious cream cheese flavor in a firmer, more stable buttercream that's better suited for certain cake designs.

Both are delicious, but each offers something a little different in flavor, texture, and structure!

I love being able to help couples find the perfect combination for their special day. After all, a wedding cake should be just as delicious as it is beautiful! 🥰

And yes, both cakes are completely gluten free! 😊

Whether you're new here or have been following my baking journey for a while, I'm so glad you're here!

Unbelievably Gluten Free was born from a deeply personal place. As someone living with Celiac disease, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find gluten free treats that you can feel confident enjoying.

For me, baking is so much more than creating delicious desserts. It's about bringing back a little of the joy that dietary restrictions can sometimes take away. 🤗

I'm a one-woman, celiac-owned cottage bakery located in North Richland Hills, Texas, specializing in fresh, made-to-order gluten free treats for life's sweetest moments!

🎂 What Can I Bake for You?

From custom cakes and cupcakes to cinnamon rolls, cookies, cookie cakes, scones, and pies, there's something for just about every occasion!

I also offer dairy free options for many of my treats and can accommodate certain additional dietary requests.

⭐ My Commitment to Gluten Free Baking

As someone who must follow a strict gluten free diet myself, I take the preparation of every order seriously.

Although I operate from a shared home kitchen, I follow careful practices to minimize the risk of gluten cross-contact:

✔️ I personally follow a strict gluten free diet
✔️ Preparation surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before baking
✔️ Dedicated gluten free equipment is used for mixing, baking, and decorating
✔️ Gluten free ingredients are stored separately from household items
✔️ I have exclusive use of the kitchen during preparation and packaging

I believe in being transparent about my baking environment because I understand how much that information matters.

Pickup is available near Medical City North Hills Hospital on Booth Calloway Road in North Richland Hills.

Delivery may be available for an additional fee, depending on distance and my baking schedule.

✨❄️ Fairbanks, Alaska — what an unforgettable adventure! 💚💜

We traveled all the way to Alaska hoping to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights, and we were lucky enough to see the aurora borealis on TWO different evenings! 🥹✨ Seeing those beautiful lights dancing across the sky was absolutely magical and something I'll never forget!

But the Northern Lights weren't the only highlight of our trip!

🦌 We took a reindeer on a walk through the forest while it enjoyed stopping for snacks along the way.

🧊 We visited the Ice Museum and sipped appletinis from glasses carved entirely out of ice!

♨️ We soaked in an outdoor hot spring while the temperature outside was in the 30s. Such a neat experience!

🎅 We visited the Santa Claus House in North Pole, Alaska, because how could we possibly pass that up?!

🏛️ We explored the Museum of the North at the University of Alaska and learned more about this beautiful and fascinating state.

☕ And we discovered the most wonderful little coffee café (Little Owl Café) with tons of gluten free options that we enjoyed so much, we apparently forgot to take a single picture! 😂

From the beautiful scenery and unique experiences to those breathtaking nights beneath the Northern Lights, this trip was everything I'd hoped it would be and so much more.

Alaska, you were absolutely incredible! ❄️💜✨

So grateful for the memories we made and the opportunity to experience a little piece of this beautiful world together. ❤️

🌈 Four Cakes, Seven Frosting Colors, and Endless Creativity!

This might be one of the most creative cake orders I've had the pleasure of making! 🤩

My customer had such a fun idea for an activity she was planning. She ordered four little 4" x 4" white cakes, each torted and ready to become a blank canvas, along with SEVEN different colors of frosting! 🎨

The idea? Instead of painting on a traditional canvas, everyone would get to paint their own cake using buttercream frosting! 🖌️

How fun is that?! 🎉

I absolutely LOVED bringing this idea to life! I didn't get to see the finished masterpieces, but I can only imagine how much fun everyone had creating their edible works of art. 😍

One of my favorite things about owning Unbelievably Gluten Free is getting to bring my customers' unique ideas to life. Whether it's a special flavor, a personalized design, or something completely outside the box like this, I'm always excited to explore the possibilities!
