A little reminder…
“Gluten free” doesn't automatically mean “safe for everyone with celiac disease.”
When you're eating gluten free for medical reasons, it's important to consider more than just whether the ingredients themselves contain gluten. Cross-contact during preparation, shared equipment, work surfaces, utensils, and even ingredients that aren't properly verified can all matter.
That's one of the reasons I'm so intentional about how I run my kitchen. Gluten free isn't just something I put on a label, it's the way I approach my baking from start to finish.
For those of us who have to live gluten free, finding a place where you can order something delicious and feel confident eating it is pretty special. ❤️
What was the first thing you missed when you had to go gluten free?
