🚨 WE WILL NEVER CHOOSE PROFIT OVER SAFETY. EVER! 🚨
This past weekend, it was a little breezy outside, but the forecast told a MUCH different story. Wind gusts were predicted to reach 28–40 MPH throughout our area and surrounding communities.
We had decisions to make. Decisions that would cost our business thousands of dollars. And you know what? We chose SAFETY. Every. Single. Time. 👏
Some rentals were canceled. Others had to be shortened to ensure equipment was picked up before conditions became unsafe.
We were met with everything from kindness and understanding to outright ugliness, threats, and attempts to bully us into changing our decisions.
Let me make one thing VERY clear.
You will NEVER bully us into compromising the safety of a child. PERIOD.
No amount of money, no threat of a bad review, and no angry customer will ever change that.
We understand the disappointment. We understand the frustration. We hate disappointing families who have spent weeks planning special celebrations. But what we WON’T do is knowingly put children at risk to make a sale.
I’d rather lose a rental than have a family experience a tragedy that could have been prevented.
To the families who showed kindness, patience, and understanding, THANK YOU! ❤️ You reminded us why we love what we do.
And a special shoutout to our neighboring bounce house company, Bouncing Bear, for making safety a priority, too! 👏 It’s not about competition when children’s lives are involved. It’s about doing what’s right.
Safety isn’t optional. It’s our responsibility.
And that’s something we will NEVER compromise on.
