Baking these days....Florida warmth and humidity has definitely been a factor, but it has not thrown me off my game. 🙂 Loving every minute!

My first bake in Florida and I haven't lost my touch. 🙂
We got here on Monday and the past few days have been a flurry of running hither and thither to get this piece of furniture or that one. And my family still wants to eat! What?! 😯 😄
Also the starter needed to be fed and apparently it loved the food and the environment.

Jams:
Peach,
Jalapeño peach,
Ginger peach,

Dipping oil.

And of course, you can order some delicious sourdough to go with it. 🙂
