Good morning everyone! I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen and have made a sourdough loaf! This is amazing and dense. Also wanted everyone to know that this coming summer starting in June I will be back in the kitchen baking bagels for our stand! Would love to get this started again and maybe get into a farmers market this year. As always I only use the best ingredients for my bagels and now I have Jalapeños growing fresh in my garden for jalapeño cheddar bagels 🥯
