Bake at 335,
Cream butter, margarine and sugar until light and fluffy
Add egg and corn syrup (or maple syrup or caramel syrup!), extracts (if you dont have butter thats fine) and mixy mixy mixy
Fold in flour, baking soda, salt.
Roll into balls about the size of a bouncy ball and roll 'em into that sugar mix. Oops! Did nutmeg slip into that cinnamon sugar? Golly! Better just keep going!
Chill those cinnamon sugar balls of yummy for 20ish mins. That one looks kinda small, better eat it.
Bake on PARCHMENT PAPER about 9-11 mins (look for barely browning on the edge) it really depends on the pan your using but dont open the oven door 😑 use the window.
Let them cool completely on the pan before you touch! I know, patience, but it's worth it.
